My goal with The Portrait Project is to create a body of portrait work using a variety of digital techniques. After developing a body of work that mixed photography and artwork in the form of Manipulated Polaroid SX-70 Photographs I wanted to create a new way of working digitally. I feel the portraits are successful if they tell you something about the person represented, show the beauty of the individual and I can’t tell from looking that they were created digitally.
